What is the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. You can manage your booking directly through the TableCheck confirmation email.
Is the booking page in English?
Yes. Our booking is powered by TableCheck, which is fully available in English. Select your room, date, time, and complete payment — all in English.
How much for 2 people?
Pricing is per person for both rooms. For 2 guests in the Moon room, simply multiply by 2 — for example, 90 min × 2 people = ¥27,000 total. The Sakura Suite accommodates up to 4 guests at the same per-person rate.
Are tattoos really OK? Any restrictions?
Yes, absolutely. All tattoos are welcome — any size, any location, any design. No cover-ups, no stickers, no questions asked. Because each room is fully private, there are no other guests to share the space with.
Are walk-ins available?
Walk-ins are welcome when rooms are available. However, availability can change quickly, especially on weekends and evenings. We recommend booking in advance to guarantee your room. To check current availability, please call us — English support is available from 11:00–20:00.
Can I come with friends or as a couple?
Yes. The Moon room accommodates up to 2 guests, and the Sakura Suite accommodates up to 4 guests. Each room is fully private and exclusively yours during your session.
What if my card payment fails?
If your card is declined during online booking, please try a different card (Visa, MC, Amex, or JCB are all accepted). If you continue to experience issues, please contact us directly — our English-speaking staff can assist you with alternative options.
